Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY SPONSORSHIP

If the F. H. Collaborative Center covers more than 25% of the total cost of the event, the event shall be officially considered sponsored by the F. H. Collaborative Center or ECF.

DISPLAY OF BRANDING

In recognition of the sponsorship, the F. H. Collaborative Center is granted the right to display its logo prominently at the event. This includes, but is not limited to, banners, posters, and digital displays.

EXHIBITION SPACE

The F. H, Collaborative Center will be permitted to have a designated table at the event. This table will be used to showcase F. H. Collaborative Center items and materials effectively.

ADVERTISEMENT​

The event organizer agrees F. H. Collaborative Center and/or ECF’s logo must be prominently displayed on any event materials, including programs, flyers, or digital communications.

​

COMPLIANCE

The event organizer agrees to comply with all branding guidelines provided by the F. H. Collaborative Center regarding the use of its logo and materials.

​

TERMINATION OF SPONSORSHIP

If at any point the costs covered by the F. H. Collaborative Center fall below the 25% threshold, these sponsorship terms will become null and void.​
